RENEGADE LIMITED WARRANTY FOR RENEGADE FLY RODS® RODS

Renegade Fly Rods provides a limited warranty to the “Initial Purchaser.” This is a person or entity who originally purchases the rod, or a gift recipient of a new rod that is unopened and in its original packaging and not any other purchaser or subsequent owner.

Renegade Fly Rods provides a one-year full no fault-no cost warranty. If for any reason you have a failure or accidental breakage, resulting in failure in your rod, Renegade Fly Rods will repair or replace the section, sections, or complete rod at zero charge to the purchaser.

After one year, Renegade Fly Rods provides an additional 13-year limited warranty that your rod will be free from defects in materials or workmanship.  There will be a nominal charge for handling during the additional warranty period for any repairs or replacements.

The 14-year limited warranty is non-transferrable and shall automatically terminate if the Initial Purchaser resells or otherwise transfers the Renegade Fly Rods, rod.

In the event of defect or that you encounter a problem with a Renegade rod, simply contact customer service at service@renegadeflyrods.com.  Customer service will determine, in its sole discretion, whether your item is subject to the warranty, and if so, whether it needs to be repaired or replaced.

Renegade Fly Rods provides a one-year full no fault-no cost warranty.  If for any reason you have a failure,  Renegade Fly Rods will repair or replace your reel.

If you encounter a problem with a Renegade Fly Rods reel, simply contact customer service at service@renegadeflyrods.com.  The customer service department will determine whether your item needs to be repaired or replaced. Reel repairs are completed with and will be accompanied by a nominal handling fee. Additional charges may be incurred by the Initial Purchaser if customer service determines, in its sole discretion, that the Reel breakage or malfunction was not due to defects in workmanship or materials.

All reel warranty claims will require that the entire reel be returned for evaluation.  Upon receipt Renegade Fly Rods customer service department, will provide timely communication on the turnaround period and the projected receipt of your repaired or replaced reel.

If during the 30 days from date of receipt. Please return the complete rod in brand new condition, for a full refund or exchange if it does not meet your expectations. There are no questions asked if the product is in brand new condition. Any removal of the wrapping on the cork or excessive wear will be considered a final purchase. Please return the entire the rod or reel and your refund will be completed in a timely manner.

All repairs and warranty claims will be evaluated within 7 business days of receipt by the service department. All remedies will be communicated as soon as the evaluation is complete, and a remedy has been identified.

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from receipt if not sooner. Any unexpected delays will be communicated as quickly as possible.

Yes, we do. All international shipments will be posted at actual costs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs and projected timing will be communicated with the consumer prior to order processing.

All orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement as we ship as quickly as possible. Please contact service@renegadeflyrods.com with a note and your order number.

Renegade Fly Rods’ rods and reels are designed to be compatible within in the series and within the brand. Additionally, our products can be used with any other brand on the market. In some instances, reel seats may not have the same dimensions as the anvil on the reel. This could result in a less than perfect fit. This is not a reflection on the quality of either part. It’s subject to design variance across all brands.

Renegade Fly Rods products are manufactured across the globe. The designs are done by Renegade’s team in Montana, Georgia, and Florida. They are extensively tested by our collective prior to production.

Renegade Fly Rods’ internal collective is dispersed across the US with offices in FL, GA, TN, and MT with a distribution center in PA.

Our customer service team will send you a notification upon departure of your shipment from our warehouse. Normal processing time is 3-5 business days from receipt for all in stock items.

At this time we do not offer a Military or First Responders discount, however, we pride ourselves on producing high quality products that we can offer at an affordable price for everyone.
