The warranty does not cover any damage to a product that results from intentional breakage, accident, abuse, misuse, natural disaster, repair, or modification.
Renegade Tackle Co. reserves the right to determine whether to replace any Renegade Tackle Co. product covered by this warranty and the right to replace any discontinued models with comparable models when necessary. If you are honest with your evaluation of the breakage/defect and truly feel that the breakage is a manufacturer defect, we offer the following warranty program:
As defective rod or reel claims must be inspected by Renegade Tackle Co. , we require mailing the entire product to our warranty department for inspection.
Renegade Tackle Co. reserves the right to determine whether to replace it due to a manufacturing defect.
If we determine it was a manufacturing defect, we will send you out a replacement free of charge. If we determine it was not a manufacturing defect we will give you the opportunity to take advantage of our ‘No Hassle Replacement Policy’ as stated above.
